Surf4aproperty - The property search engine for UK property sales or rentals
The Surf4aproperty website aggregates properties from all the main property letting agents under one roof. The logic is clear - prospective tenants and buyers need only search on one website to find out what's available.
It's a user-friendly website design that delivers exactly what the visitor wants, and we have made it as painless as possible. The website remembers the search location that the visitor searched for on his previous visit. This search is then displayed wherever the visitor is throughout the website. No need to re-do the selection.
We also developed a bespoke adserve application for Surf4aproperty to maintain the adverts throughout the site. This provides Surf4aproperty ultimate control over their advertisers. They can add advertisers on-the-fly and even include different advertisements to run in rotation.
Agents can add their details into the Agent Directory for free, or they can register to place their properties online for an annual fee. Once approved, the Agent can add new properties onto the Surf4aproperty website. The new adverts appear instantly and can be edited or deleted at any time by either the Agent or the Surf4aproperty admin team.
The addition of the Student Shout Box helps students with the daunting task of finding affordable accommodation. Surf4aproperty's Agents can check on the Shout Box, sending messages and recommending their rentals. All the messages can be read online, but participants in the Shout also receive email alerts whenever a new Shout is added.
