Recruitment on the Web is a start-up with a simple idea - create a one-stop website for candidates searching for Jobs in the West Yorkshire area.
The website design is uncluttered, simple and elegant which appeals to the no-nonsense job hunter. The web site has amazingly quick download speed and candidates can start searching straight from the homepage.
The e-commerce system creates and handles an account for recruiters. They can top-up their account with paid adverts or they can go for subscription based advertising which allows them to place unlimited adverts during the subscription period.
Recruiters can also subscribe to the CV database. The database of CVs submitted by candidates can be searched and recruiters receive alerts of new CV postings.
Candidates can subscribe to receive alerts whenever suitable vancancies are posted on the site.
The website does what it's supposed to and a little bit more. It does it efficiently and in many cases transparently - users, be they job hunting candidates or recruiters, can do what they need to do easily and with a minimum of fuss. If only all websites were this simple to use.
