Designer / Flash animator
A bright talented designer who can apply their skills to a wide range of clients will excel in this role. One day you could be designing the graphics for a corporate website and then the next day fine tuning the animation for a children's game. You don't need to have years of experience, but you do need to be able to demonstrate your creativity through a diverse portfolio.Web developer
You'll know all the standard languages / APIs: PHP, MySQL, Actionscript, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, XML, RSS. But you've got to be more than a code monkey. We're looking for someone who likes to try new stuff, to turn logic on it's head and break new ground. Someone who has a portfolio of solid programming examples and maybe a few exciting demos to show off skills that haven't been given an opportunity on commercial work.No agencies please.
